​​​As a Presbyterian Medical Group patient, you can enjoy online access to your electronic health records when you activate your MyChart account.
Sometimes, you may need copies of health records that are not available through your MyChart account, including:
- X-rays
- Sleep study results
- Specialty test results, such as EKGs
- Birth records and birth certificates
- Results for tests taken outside of Presbyterian
The medical records office at the Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital Physician Office Building can provide you with copies of these types of records for a nominal fee. If you need copies of more extensive medical records (more than 15 pages), your request may take up to 30 days. Copies will be mailed to you at the address you provided as soon as they are available.
In some cases, you may need to visit Presbyterian Hospital to receive copies of records, including birth certificates and birth records.
